We like to keep ours in the refrigerator so it's not as cold when you first put it on. Helps when my eyes hurt or I have a sinus headache. Could be a little bit thicker around the eyes to keep more of the light out but it blocks 98% of the light coming through.

Great way to mitigate migraine issues. Blacks out the annoying light and reduces noise while simultaneously giving much needed cooling relief from the headache itself. This has worked so well for me that I bought three to share with my siblings. If you're tired of taking excessive amounts of aspirin (and related pain relievers) just to get through the attack this little cap is the solution.

I use this for migraines. In the freezer, it gets VERY cold (which is great). While I let it warm up a little, I roll it and put it under my neck, which also helps and felt great. Feels amazing on my head. It is snug but not tight. Has a nice weight to it. No odor. Very soft and stays cold for a long time. You can lay down and roll on your side, and it stays in place. I think I will get another one to have at work.

This is a great product! It fits great and applies just the right amount of pressure to help with headache and eye pain. But 2 more for Christmas presents.

This has really helped my husband when he has migraines. The cooling features of it are nice. It is very easy to store in the freezer, the material seems like it will hold up for a long time.

I bought this for my daughter due to her trouble with migraines. She bought a second mask so she could always have a cold mask ready to go.

item was just as described. it is a full headpiece.(no open top for a high ponytail for example) the cooling gel area does not extend to the top of the head, it only surrounds the circumference of the head. it fits my head ok but if you have a larger head size it would be quite snug and not sit properly where you would "NEED" the cool/warm gel parts to be, nor would your eyes be completely covered. Also, when i first took it out of the secondary sealed bag, it had a strong odor to it. Almost, a fish smell. i had to disinfect it %26 dry it before placing it into my freezer to use for the 1st time. use almost daily now. so all in all i cant complain for the price.

Feels good at first but it is a bit tight, cause me headaches. If just quick nap it ok, but any long 4 hours always wake up slight headache. Would I recommended this, don't know, depends on side your head.

I purchased this ice beanie hoping it would help with overheating during softball games. I realize it's not specifically designed for athletic use, but since most of my sweat comes from my head, I thought it might be a good fit. Unfortunately, the cooling effect only lasted about 15 minutes — far short of the advertised “over an hour.” I followed the freezing instructions exactly, and while the initial chill was noticeable, it faded quickly once I started moving. For someone looking for sustained cooling during physical activity, this didn't meet expectations. The fit was comfortable and the concept is great, but it's better suited for short-term relief or stationary use. If the company ever develops a version geared toward active wear, I'd be interested in trying it.

it was not labeled as latex and when I used it I got a blistering red rash across my forehead and skin where it touched, which caused a doctor's visit and steroids to keep it ftom turning life threatening (I am allergic to latex) :-/ Now I have it in a box on a shelf
