This is a nice, squishy pillow that also is firm enough for me. And I prefer firm pillows! I love that it is organic. It feels like a luxurious pillow, and it makes me happy to sleep on. No neck or shoulder pain or discomfort after using. I would highly recommend it!

This is the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned! I often struggle to find a comfortable pillow that is a good mix of soft and fluffy. I have a tender neck and can't do pillows that are too thick but I still want them fluffy, so sometimes this combo is hard to find. This pillow has it all! It is fluffy and soft without being too thick or hard. I find it works great when I sleep on my side or back. It washes easily in the washer and I run it through the dryer for 15 minutes to make it fluffy again.

We are use to thinner pillows but decided to try a thicker one and my wife is very happy we did as this thing is comfy cozy warm and sweet in her words and in my words it is the most comfortable pillow on my ear I have ever laid my head on. I have had down I have had blah blah and this thing is softer. I hope it stays that way and if it squashes down a bit for my wife I will order one as it's just a hair o thick for me

This pillow is extremely comfortable to use. I've had my pillow till it no longer has any shape left, but i didn't know what what would work to replace. I was extremely excited to try my new pillow. I sleep in different positions throughout the night, and this was perfect. I really like that this is organic cotton.

This is the first pillow I have ever had that was truly MACHINE WASHEABLE and DRIEABLE. I was pleasantly surprised that it actually washed well. I usually don't wash new pillows because the filling inside of them never is the same after washing. This pillow said it could be machine laundered, so I thought I would give it a try. I was PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS! It was just as soft and comfortable after washing and drying as before! I have a large capacity front loading washer and I washed it according to the care instructions on the tag. I washed it with another pillow and then tumble dried it on low, it came all soft and plumped! This pillow is very fluffly and contours to my head perfectly when sleeping. I also use it lengthwise behind my back when lounging on the sofa. It gives amazing support and comfort. There is a zipper on the side to access the polyester fiber filling. If you like your pillows a little flatter you can easily remove some of the stuffing, customizing it to your specific preference. I like all the details of this pillow, especially the 100% COTTON COVER. It has a cool / smooth feel. The fabric is made in India but it is filled and finished in the USA. I appreciate the quality that goes into this pillow. It SEWN WELL and has a double row of stitching around the edge. There is an embroidered "A" on the bottom corner. The comfort and easy care of this pillow makes it my new favorite.

I currently have a memory foam style pillow that is similar to my mattress. So I'm used to a very firm but supportive pillow. When I'm away from home in hotels, I like a firm pillow but one soft enough to be cozy yet still supports my head and neck. I selected this gel pillow because I felt I might get all of those aspects. I think for the most part I do get all of those things with this pillow. I usually sleep with an extra little pillow to provide additional support, but I found I did not need that extra support with this pillow. I was able to sleep comfortably. I didn't feel like my head was falling through the pillow, I got a nice cradle. I didn't find any issues with it needing recovery time when I moved around. I realize it's new, but it did retain an return to its shape very nicely. I also didn't find it hot to sleep on at all. I'm 48 and tend to sleep hot. I didn't find any temperature issues so far. So I'd say initially you may feel like it's not going to be firm enough, and for some it still may be too soft. But I found a happy medium with this pillow especially considering my memory foam one is all firmness and hardly any softness.

This well-made, quality pillow is a standard queen size 28” across by 20” tall. I like that the micro-gel fill is made from 100% polyester and the thick outer cover is made from 100% organic cotton. It is machine washable. The packaging is appealing and states the pillow is for all sleep positions. Although the pillow itself is lovely, it is way too soft. The micro-gel fill does not provide much neck support at all. If you sleep on your back it may be comfortable for you but as a side sleeper, my head sinks right down into it, burying my face. To get any neck support I had to almost fold it in half but then it’s too high. The pillow needs to be much firmer.

Never received the item. They did not ship my item and Walmart had to give me a refund!
