We use this for a sugar substitute when making pies mostly, but also cakes. We hope to use it for cookies in the future, but changing over from sugar is a slow process after using sugar all our lives. Allulose is for us a very good substitute; apple pie made with allulose instead of sugar tastes great. I have substituted one fourth cup allulose in what would have been one cup of sugar in apple pie for a very good result. It is rated highly by others in our family that don't have to avoid sugar, and that is a very good thing.

I've tried several brands, consistencies %26 costs factor %26 in my personal opinion this is the best price for 2-lbs of pure Allulose - i personally like the kind of lumpy powdery consistency bc it dissolves really well so out of all the one's i've tried i like this one the bestest out of all of them😀

This sugar is great for cooking — it sweetens a bit less than regular sugar, which is exactly what I wanted, but it doesn't have that weird aftertaste you usually get with saccharin or other artificial sweeteners. The taste is practically the same as regular white sugar, clean and natural. It's also perfect for coffee and tea — you get the same flavor as normal sugar, just a bit lighter. Highly recommend!

Easy to cook with, simply replace sugar with equal amount allulose. We LOVE it! Can eat closer to normal without spiking our blood glucose. Yes!

Allulose is a substitute sweetener, helps lower my blood sugar, when I use it , and want something sweet, without using sugar.

this product will not raise blood sugar like most other sweetners, but it gives me stomach cramps, so i started cutting it 50/50 with sugar. half the sugar is better than no sugar

My only complaint was It didn't have a sweet taste. I would have to use twice as much or more to get a sweetness to my coffee! :( I was so disappointed.
