I used this before at my friends house so I wanted to get one for mine and make a home like a home gym for the kids and us but I really love this machine. It's very smooth when you go back-and-forth and it just glides very easily. this is definitely a must have for anyone with the home gym.
This package came in pretty heavy because it has a lot of components. It would be best if you have two people carrying it and setting it up. Overall it's a good exercise machine to have at home. It's compact in size yet has many different functions.
This thing was a beast to put together but also I beast to work out with. Perfect for my little garage gym and what little I can lift.
The installation takes a little bit of time due to safety reasons, but the machine is so complete , allows to work out so many body parts
