This faucet is amazing. It looks great, feels solid and works great. The feature that allows tap in the osmosis water through the extra spout works really well. Particularly noticed in my coffee .The under-counter water filtration system appears well made of quality materials,and was easy to install with basic skills. Installation kit came with everything needed.The fillers also last a long time ,up to 6 months or 700 gallons.Really like that there is a digital display that beeps to reminds you when it is time to order a replacement so important in our busy life .Recommend to family and friends.

The vacation home we rented had this faucet. We liked it and decided to buy one. Installation was easy. The only complaint is that the 1.8 GPM water flow restrictor is located under the sink in the line connection. The restrictors are usually located in the aerator where the water exits the faucet. Once a year or so it requires cleaning as it plugs crud. Do not want to have to empty the cabinet and crawl under the sink to clean the restrictor. Solution: removed restrictor. Our faucet did not come with the 2.2 GPM restrictor - I may request one and see how that works as the water flow is a little too much without a restrictor. Overall a very attractive and functional faucet.

I ignored a persistent leak - deciding to just live with it. But now the faucet head pops completely off. Beautiful product and high hopes but I got a dud :(
