Almased High Protein Powder, Meal Replacement Shake, Original, 2 Pack

The product does fill you up, and it is a great replacement for a meal. I take this as a substitute for one meal since I'm on the go. The smell isn't that great, so that tells me this product is good for you. As we know, if it smells and tastes too good, it is loaded with many fillers. The product does give you energy, and it is not chalky like most drinks. I love that it is high in protein. Often, I know I don't get enough protein within the day, so it is nice to get it in this drink. I have added it to 1% milk as well as blended in some blueberries and strawberries to make a shake. If you add fruit and don't finish the drink, don't be alarmed when you find the drink has gelled. It will come from the natural pectin in the fruits. Either shake it up or eat it with a spoon. It will still work the same way. I love the shaker bottle. Very easy to clean. This product is packed with vitamins, proteins, and amino acids that your body requires. It gives you the accurate amount to use based on your height. I use 4.5 scoops since I'm 5 feet. They stop at 5 feet 2 inches.

The vanilla is definitely better than the regular. The regular I had to add powdered peanut butter, cinnamon, agave and anything else I had around to make it palatable. The vanilla is much better with just a little honey added. It is a little chalky but not so bad it's not drinkable. Great for a quick breakfast on the run.

I love that this product uses natural sugar not stevia or some other sweetener. I actually felt much better after a few days on the shake. I did not initially buy enough product to get through 7 days so maybe buy two cans to start. I can not comment on the effectiveness of the weightloss yet because I now have 3 cans to start but have not tried again yet. Difficulty was needing more and having interruption in the plan. Health wise I feel it has so many benefits I will be starting to use it just for those alone

I don't know what's with some of the bad reviews on Almased it lives up to expectation, it works best if used as a mill replacement if you don't like just the vanilla gritty taste then add vegetables and fruit to it. You can also add unsweetened almond milk. I add unsweetened almond milk and water I alternate and I add strawberries, spinach, butternut squash, avocado, half organic banana, etc. etc. and if I want a peanut butter taste, I add a tablespoon of peanut butter powder. I replaced two mills a day. I replace breakfast with a protein shake made with.Almased and I add two servings of fruit and one serving of vegetables with organic Chia seeds. I do a half a tablespoon and blend with a half a cup of water and I add 11 scoops of Almased because I am 5‘8“ tall. Make sure you read the instructions carefully because you want to make sure you get the right amount of scoops for your height I definitely recommend Almased.

I have lost 12 pounds so far in a short time. I love that I'm not snacking and that I'm full. No cravings

I like the taste and texture of the shake , while taking it you are never hungry 0r bloated and if take as directed you can see the results within 3 days.as far as the flavor goes vanilla works for me,

i got the original the. taste was not to bad u get used to it.Make sure it is well shaken, blender might be better.You have to use 13 teaspoons of almsed in 15-20 oz low fat milk 3x day for 3 days.2x day for 25 days.Then one a. day. I got 2 canasters and shaker for $80. I did feel better though. Didnt seam to want snacks as much Seemed to feel better did not gave scales so I couldn't check weight.The amount of almsaed you use depends on height.This did not last me for a month
