Me and my daughter are doing this as a meal replacement and so far. We feel better and have more energy. We are using Almased with a protein powder at night.

I'm lactose intolerant, so I started with a small amount at first to make sure I didn't have issues. I'm up to 1/2 serving, and it does curb my appetite . it doesn't taste that bad. No, it doesn't taste like a milkshake, but it's ok. 4 days, and I lost 2 lbs. I only use it to replace one meal a day, eat sensible, and exercise.

I have used it hot cereal, smoothies and un milk.

This is the only product that helped me lose weight and I did not even exercise. I started this product on August 11 at 145 pounds and as of September 2, I now weigh 137 pounds. It tastes good when I use Sweetened Almond milk. All I did was just follow the directions. I've been borderline diabetic for years and I hope now that I'm using this diabetic friendly product that I'm no longer borderline.

Seems to be working

The only thing I thought odd was it talked about a scoop or 8 table spoons and it did not supply a scoop. I use Purely Inspired Collagen Peptides and use that scoop you get way more servings per can.

This doesn't taste very good but does keep me full for quite a while. Add flavorings to make it taste better.
