I lost 30 lbs..over time..about 2 yrs...replacing one meal a day with Almased...Also I gradually I cut my daily carbs....only later did I discover..it was healthy for my liver...so I continue using it...I could stand to lose 5 to 10 lbs.

Use for Almased protein diet shake for al.ost a year now and have used sometimes in baking and having cereal for breakfast. Do prefer milk with cereal though.

Good weight loss product.
Order this from Walmart as I've found their supplier has a product that isn't fly away powdery like some we've picked up in other stores.. Same product but different supply warehouses.

Great meal replacement. A lot of vitamins and protein. Holds appetite back until next meal. Easy to mix and digest. Diabetic friendly. Flavor good can add to enhance with fruit or milk and coffee.

Expensive and not the best tasting.
The product isn't worth the money. You go 5 days drinking this mix (only with no solids). If you went 5 days without eating and only drinking liquids...you would probably lose the same amount of weight.
