Almased truly works! It speeds up my metabolism and makes me lose weight. I make a delicious shake with it in Almond milk and stevia-sweetened flavored syrup. I have several syrups to choose from depending on my mood. I'll also add some pumpkin pie spice or cocoa powder and vanilla extract if I feel like it. Tastes great! It might taste a little gritty to newbie's, but i quickly got over that feeling when using it regularly.

The shakes do not taste the best but I mix mine with fruit. I lost 6 lbs my first week. They keep me full and got rid of that bloated feeling I usually had. The shakes have really helped curb my appetite when I do eat and I dont crave sweets like I used to.

This item never arrived on Saturday, May 2nd. The only item that arrived was (3 ) 61 XL ink cartridges. I have yet to receive the Almased four can purchased.
