Great product for energy and weight loss. I have been using it for a few years now and lost almost 30 pounds in the first year and have kept it off. Love this stuff. It does have a grainy texture to it but that does not bother me. The flavour and texture can be described as “pancake batter”. Don't know another way to describe it. I like that the flavour is not overly sweet and borderlines on savory. I recommend adding spices like “pumpkin pie spice”. A problem I have with many other meal replacements is having to drink 3 chocolate or otherwise “milkshake” tasting drinks a day. I'm someone with more of a savory tooth and get repulsed by too many sweet items a day. I highly recommend Almased!

I used this product as recommended, also increased my burning of calories daily. I have a slow lowering of my weight and loss a little more than 2 inches from my waist. I just bought 4 more cans.

I was initially disappointed with the product, as I did not see results as quickly as I expected. However, I have been using Almased for about one month now, and have lost 10 pounds. I like the taste of the shakes, if I use the almond milk instead of water. That may be part of the reason I did not initially lose any weight. I want to keep using it until I can achieve my goal weight, but it is a little pricey, so I don't know how long I can continue to use it. It is a good product, and I am satisfied with the results!

I'm not super picky to me it tastes fine, somewhat sandy but not a bad texture. I like it and it really has helped curbing hunger. Ifollowed their program almost to the letter. TBC for results
