It uses a lot of powder for a meal. It's a shame they can't do a concentrate of some sort. It works for me because l have trouble loosing weight and it's coming off in just a couple weeks.

Almased is the way to go to lose weight. It's so easy, I've lost 20 lbs. within 2 months. I have bad knees so its hard to move around which started putting the weight on. I add the almased to my cold coffee in a blender like a shake and I also add my French vanilla creamer. If you're looking for an easy way to lose weight try the almased. Shipping was really fast.
