You can really lose weight with this if you follow the directions and it takes away the sweet food noises! I've been taking this for 5 months! I really recommend this! I wish it was cheaper though! I get about 10 servings out of this! I'd recommend putting fruit in it and honey to make it tastier! Very satisfying and filling also!

Deception advertising
I gave all 1's because it says a package of 2 for 39.99 which I have copied and paste (Almased Plant-Base Protein Shake Powder - Metabolism and Energy Booster - 17.6 oz, Pack of 2) when my order came there was only 1. I will be sending back container has not been opened
