Great product. I have been on this diet since 5/30/24 and at 1 week l lost five pounds. Haven't been able to do that in years. Just wish it was a little less expensive but worth it because l usually can't loose weight normally without starving. Not much in the way of instructions l thought came with it. I thought it instructions came with it. Will be so worth it to get some fat off my body. I am trying to loose 25lbs. 20% down. 🙂

Almased recommends 18 tbsps in a 16-20 oz shaker bottle to replace all meals. I opted instead to use 5 tbsps to supplement while only eating one meal a day. The recommendation is higher. To help with taste, I use cold Dasani mineral water %26 extracts like maple %26 others. It's been enough to provide needed protein %26 keep away from carb to mess up my stomach, brain, %26 mental/physical aptitude. Fasting with Almased helped me overcome the threshold keeping me from limiting meals to 1 a day. I'M FEELING GREAT %26 DOING MORE with less struggle every day. I should've done this years ago!
