great eyeliner, beautiful color goes on smoothy, blends easily and lasts for hours without smudging. this shade really makes green eyes pop.

I ordered this product online because I can not find Almay eyeliner in any stores lately. I'm thinking that they are going out of business? Thank goodness I was able to order Almay eyeliner from Walmart.ca! There is no eyeliner I have found that comes close to being as good as Almay.

I don't know what is going on with this company but the quality has gone downhill quick. The intense I-color in purple amethyst was amazing. Great color. Smooth glide. Stayed in place and HYPOALLERGENIC. The “newer” black amethyst flakes, goes on like your using a kids crayon and makes the eyes itch. I'm so disappointed. They can't possibly be struggling to find customers who actually NEED and WANT products to that are hypoallergenic. If the company is struggling, it's because they're cheaping out on ingredients and driving customers away.

Whyyyyy would you discontinue the clearly beloved Intense I-Color line???! I've used Black Pearl Intense I-Color loyally for over a decade- please bring back the original formula! This new “version” is TERRIBLE! Like, you went from the best eyeliner I'd ever used to the worst! It's nothing like the old formula which had a great glide and good blendability. Look at ALL these terrible reviews saying the same thing. Clearly you have a market for the Intense I-Color! So bring it back and make your customers happy again!

I had found an “intense I-color black pearl” manufactured in 2009 in my mother's make up box and I loved it, but recently it completely broke so we went to find a new one; the intense I-color was out so we tried this one and… it was horrible! It doesn't go on nicely or smoothly on my waterline at all like the I-color, it smudged like crazy, doesn't even apply nicely as a fake tattoo type of pencil and it wouldn't come off with a make up wipe by less m applied serious force. Which—by the way—isn't ideal when the product is on your FRIGGEN EYES!!! I got so many compliments with the intense I-color, it only lasted so long because it was rarely used and I had found it about a month ago. But this all day one? Complete and utter garbage 😭😭 maybe it's intended for wings instead of the emo type of look I do daily, but it was the only make up I'd put on daily and I genuinely was starting to freak out when I realized this wasn't working at all, nor was it even good.

I loved Almay's Intense-I color eyeliner. When I bought the eye pencil, I thought the packaging had changed. The eye pencil is horrible. I bought four of them on sale, and wish I had realized they weren't the Intense-i color eyeliner. They are a complete waste of money.
