Almay Shadow Squad Eyeshadow Palette - Unapologetic

Sent me the totally wrong color. I love these eye shadows but sent me red. no thank you. took the loss. Good eyeshadow when the right color is sent

[Employee of walmartcanada] I received this to try from glamsense in the shade "Pure Gold Baby". It was natural and blended very easy except for the top right glitter shade. The matte shade was especially nice and buttery. Definitely good for a quick everyday look but difficult to build up to make it more vibrant. A lot of eyeshadows irritate my eyes but this one didn't bother me so that's a plus. Just one star off for that top right shade not working out.

I got this as a gift through glamsense to give my honest review on this product, and so far I'm enjoying it! I love the concept of the different finishes, and was surprised that just using this palette of one shade actually looks really nice just using the different finishes together. I got a lighter brown color (already forget the name I'm sorry!) But It was very blendable and looks very natural on my light skin tone without washing me out. Only reason it isnt 5 star is because it was a bit hard to pick up a lot of colour if you want to be more dramatic but again it was a lighter shade just less pay off than I was hoping for

I received this from Glam Sense for testing and reviewing purposes. The Shadow Squad I got was Pure Gold, Baby. I don't think you can go wrong with gold on the eyes! The matte and satin were good, but the metallic and shimmer shades are where the quad shines. The matte and satin have to be packed on a bit more. These stay on all day with a primer on me. I'm really impressed and already thinking about getting one of the other shades!

I love a neutral eye shadow to elevate an everyday makeup look, so I was excited when Own It showed up in my mailbox (tried it for free thanks to Glam Sense and Walmart). Unfortunately this shadow barely shows up on my skin, as you can see in the picture. These shades may work for much darker skin or much lighter, but since I'm in between apparently it's not going to work. I found the powder to be very loose, so I really had to dig to get the product on my brush then the powder fell on my face while applying it. I love the idea of product, with four finishes of the same shade, but this color didn't work for me, and I don't think it's the greatest quality or pigmented enough.

I have no problem with the eyeshadow itself. However, what I ordered (according to the picture) was not what I received. The item I received what dark rust and burgundy colors. Not even close. I did submit a refund and received it after I packed it up and sent it back.

Picture is misleading. It shows the eye shadow as white in the picture and that's the color I specified in my search. So How was I supposed to know Unapologetic is not white!!!

If I would have gotten what I ordered I would've been happy I'm sure but they sent the wrong color and I still wish I had the white like I had ordered. So no I'm not happy with the product they sent.
