Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk, 64 oz

I absolutely love this almond milk. I started using it because of the high content of calcium in it. My doctor wanted me to try and get half of my calcium with food so I chose this almond milk. I try and drink two glasses 8 ounce glasses a dayand get up more than my my calcium from this and the other foods with calcium.

Almond Breeze Original has been a great addition to my kitchen, especially during Ramadan. I like using it to break my fast because it's light on the stomach, smooth, and refreshing after a long day of fasting. It feels gentle and easy to digest, which is exactly what you want at that moment. The taste is mild and clean — not overpowering — and it works great on its own or blended into a smoothie. The 64 oz carton lasts a while, and the quality has been consistent every time I buy it. Simple, smooth, and reliable. Definitely staying on my Ramadan grocery list.

The original is good anytime of day and a satisfying replacement for cow milk. Omitting milk and dairy products has helped my digestion and bloating issues immensely. If you have them, switch to plant-based options for two to four weeks to see if it helps.

I am lactose intolerant that is why I started drinking this. It's a little expensive but it lasts a long time so it doesn't ruin quickly. And it tastes good on top of it. I use it daily in my coffee.

I changed from the 30 calories per cup to the 60 calories per cup due to needing more calories in my aging body. The creamy taste is delicious. Healthier than dairy milk.

I've drank Almond Breeze Original Almond "Milk" for a long time. I e always hated milk %26 successfully followed a vegan diet in my 20s. But its been a challenge when I moved to my current apartment %26 not having my own car anymore. I've had to rely on ordering groceries online. Some stores didnt have this in stock. for a short while, I resorted to Oatmilk, which is also good. But now that Almond Breeze is available, it's been a nice, refreshing change.
