Almond Breeze Original Almondmilk, 64 oz

I absolutely love this almond milk. I started using it because of the high content of calcium in it. My doctor wanted me to try and get half of my calcium with food so I chose this almond milk. I try and drink two glasses 8 ounce glasses a dayand get up more than my my calcium from this and the other foods with calcium.

The original is good anytime of day and a satisfying replacement for cow milk. Omitting milk and dairy products has helped my digestion and bloating issues immensely. If you have them, switch to plant-based options for two to four weeks to see if it helps.

Almond Breeze Original has been a great addition to my kitchen, especially during Ramadan. Almond milk is the only "milk" I can drink. I am intolerant to cows milk, unfortunately, so I bake and eat cereal with almond milk. It tastes pretty good, too.

But its been a challenge when I moved to my current apartment %26 not having my own car anymore. I've had to rely on ordering groceries online. Some stores didnt have this in stock. for a short while, I resorted to Oatmilk, which is also good. But now that Almond Breeze is available, it's been a nice, refreshing change.
