Love the ingredients in these capsules. Noticed less shedding with first wash day. Hair feels thicker at the root. I haven't had any scalp issues that I generally have such as Seborrheic dermatitis flares. Will continue to use as to I am satisfied with the results this far.

I'm still on my first bottle, but so far, they are good. I haven't noticed a difference in my hair, yet I'm waiting until I am 3 months in to check for a difference in my hair. I have noticed that I feel more energetic in the morning when I take them.

I haven't seen any sign of growth, but I have noticed less shedding and increased thickness within the two months of taking this supplement. I will need to wait until the three-month mark to see real growth. So far, I love the progress.
