It is a great product. Made by a black dermatologist and scientist family. So glad they are coming main stream. It is a creamie soap that lathers well. I enjoy using it and my hair always feels clean. It is a minty flavor and it tingles your scalp which i love. 10/10 i would recommend as i continue to buy from them.

I love the entire product line shampoo, deep conditioner and oil. My hair is very healthy, shiny and bouncy. Although the shampoo is not a super lathering shampoo, my hair still feels clean. I will definitely purchase again and have recommended it to a few friends

The smell of the shampoo was perfect. It had a present scent that was light enough so it wasn't overwhelming when wear perfumes or scented lotions. The amount of lather was ideal and left my 4C hair and scalp feeling clean without feeling dry or hard. It left absolutely no build up. Can't wait to try other products from this line.

I really love this shampoo. It creates just the right amount of lather to effectively cleanse my scalp, even though it's labeled as a low-lather shampoo. I enjoy the tingling sensation on my scalp, and the scent is pleasant without being overwhelming. After washing, my hair feels soft and clean.

My products arrived tampered so this review isn't for this product itself. I purchased this product online to be delivered since it was sold out at the other competitor store I usually get them from and it arrived with the seal completely torn as if it was a returned item. From this line (length retention), I purchased the oil, the deep conditioner, and the shampoo. I also purchased the hair cream from the scalp hair therapy line. All the products received except for the oil arrived with a tampered seal and I will be returning all of them. Yes, 3 products out of 4 were tampered with as shown in the pictures below. The seal was torn and stuck in the cap, and the shampoo looked like it's been used one time. Were these returned items that were put back on the shelves? Did a customer opened them to check them and put them back on the shelves (which shouldn't be done)? Did the products slipped through the manufacturer QA checks? I will never get an answer to these questions but I know for sure that I will be returning them. I've used these products before and left my reviews on other platforms. I will be posting the same review for all the tampered product received. Once I get properly sealed products, I will come back and leave my reviews. I understand that Walmart associates may be going through a lot of delivery orders daily but if they were purchasing these items for themselves would they just grab and go or would they check them?
