I just received this item and started taking it a few days ago. I must say I am really impressed. I love how it is USDA certified organic and grown in the US! I feel lighter when I take it and more easy going. Not so sluggish. I'm excited to see how things improve as I continue taking it.

This was supposed to be gel caps. Walmart did not show gel caps in the store shelves. I only had one alternative to buy. I was not expecting capsules
