ALOHA Organic Plant-Based Protein Bar, Chocolate Mint, 14g Protein, 12 Ct

We love these bars. Great taste without the guilt. We're very careful about the protein bars we eat and make sure they are low on sugar as well as ample protein. The Chocolate Mint is soooooo good, we sometimes use it for dessert if we have some room on out calories for the meal or day. We eat a lot of protein bars so it's nice to have one we can enjoy and even savor a bit.

Oh my gosh! These bars are soooo delicious! I'm on a special diet and the ingredients in these bars fits what I'm looking for. I love mint but I'm VERY particular. These are the BEST! I'd add a photo of my extreme pleasure eating one of these bars but they are all gone! Time to reorder quickly.

Not only are the protein bars delicious but the customer service is awesome. I once ordered 2 boxes of the protein bars, one of the chocolate mint (my favorite) and one of the sampler pack. I received 2 boxes of the sampler pack, no chocolate mint. I notified customer service, they requested a picture of what I received. They apologized for the error and sent a box of the chocolate mint overnight at no charge and was told to keep the 2nd box of the sampler pack.

I have tried many chocolate mint protein bars (and girl scout thin mint flavored also) and I do believe this is the best one I have tried. The flavor, texture and consistency is better than any others in my opinion. I don't want to call it a coating, but I guess that is what it is, but I like the Aloha bars that have that outer texture that makes them not stick to the wrapper. This is one of them. Hopefully you all know what I am talking about. For instance, chocolate chip cookie dough is one of my favorites but I don't like how the outside is sticky and clings to the packaging. Anyways, as far as taste, this chocolate mint bar is excellent!

I LOVE the minty chocolatey goodness of these bars!!! Chewy delicious better than mint chocolate brownies and sooooo much better for you!!! If you let a bite sit and melt in your mouth it is like eating minty chocolatey truffles!!! Dessert and protein and fiber packed treat with low low sugar!!!

Dark chocolate with a rich, chewy mint center ~ one of my favorites! This combo really satisfies with the right amount of dark sweet chocolate and cool mint, who needs anything else?! I especially appreciate that ALOHA does not use any unhealthy palm kernel oils like most other protein bars.

These bars are a tie for my favorite flavor. I love that they taste good without being sickeningly sweet. Honestly, I'd use Aloha bars no matter the taste, because of the ingredients they use--and the ones they don't use--but their deliciousness certainly helps. All Aloha bars are great for on-the-go needs, but I tend to use this flavor en lieu of dessert: These bars perfectly satisfy me without giving me a headache, making me feel sick, or causing the dreaded "sugar hangover" that refined carbohydrates will. Plus, I get an extra boost of protein.

To date, there hasn't been an Aloha bar I haven't liked, so figured I would try the chocolate mint since I've read many times over about the benefits for digestion and even the nervous system. It did not disappoint. Once again, I felt like I was eating a dessert not a nutrition/protein bar. This is the bar I reach for if I need a little something more after lunch or dinner, and I've never had any tummy issues afterwards. Actually, on a day when my tummy had been feeling blah, and I wasn't sure what to eat when I started to feel hungry; this was my main event. The bar plus a cup of tea and a few crackers, and my tummy actually felt more settled and full enough that I made it to dinner.

The first box I got was excellent, the combination was exactly right. The last two boxes were different, much more minty (too much) and less sweet, and just didn't taste very good. I will not get them again. The White Chocolate Peppermint is awesome and my favorite, but of course they almost never have them in stock.

I purchased $70 in aloha bars and only ate 2 1/2. The remaining 2 1/2 boxes had to be given to friends because they contain the ingredient vegetable glycerin which I found to be sugar alcohol causing serious sideceffects of the product. Per Google "vegetable glycerin is a type of sugar alcohol, a class of organic compounds that contain multiple hydroxyl groups". Within 2 hrs of eating 1 bar, I experienced hours of bloating and excessive uncontrollable gassing! Why would Aloha market a potential good product by adding an unhealthy ingredient into their bars. Shame on you for adding sugar alcoho in your barsl. Note. I wsited several days before eating a 2nd bar and the same horrible side effects of sugar alcohol. I repeated by eating less than 1/2 of a bar several days after 2nd bar and the same side effects started within 2 hrs of eating an Aloha bar. I can never recommend nor will I purchase in the future!
