Alone (Blu-ray), Magnolia Home Ent, Mystery & Suspense

one of those edge of your seat films. enjoyed watching it again!

Alone is about a girl named Jessica (Jules willcox)who leaves town seeking a new life because of her husband commiting suicide. She ends up meeting up with a man(Marc menchaca) who kidnaps her and locks her away in his basement. She finds a way to escape running through the forest and even falling into the rapids of a river to escape. Jessica then runs into a hunter who helps her escape but not for long as the man finds them and kills the hunter. From then on the man now has the hunters rifle. Jessica continues running into the forest hiding from the man when a heavy rain fall comes forcing her to seek shelter. The man catches up again and he gives a lengthy speech. The next day comes and Jessica is walking through the forest when the man drives by forcing to hide again. The car stops and the man hops out and starts to bury the hunters dead body. Jessica sneaks into the car and grabs the mans phone and then climbs into the back of his vehicle. The man climbs in and starts to drive when he notices that his phone is gone. Jessica phones the police and then the man stops the car forcing Jessica to hit him several times with a tire iron. The vehicle crashes. Jessica runs for her life again. Jessica uses the phone to now call the mans wife to tell her that the man is a murder. After this a fight goes down. I will not tell what happens as the fight is crazy. Alone in my opinion is an awesome movies with a very gripping storyline and action sequences. I loved it. 8/10
