I don't necessarily recommend this cheese because it is so expensive even though it does taste very good %26 I buy it often. I am trying to break myself of this habit but I do love the garlic mixed in with the cheese on crackers in the evening but I really hate to be in love with something that is so pricey. I'm in my 80's and it seems I should have more self control. Now if I would just watch a good TV movie %26 work on a knitting project so my hands were busy that would be so much better for me.

This is just the yummiest stuff. Spread it on toasted bagel thins for a snack, stir it into pasta, spread onto a pizza crust or grilled cheese, in a lasagna, in an omelette, a grilled cheese, or... ? It's just so good and versatile. If you love garlic and creaminess, this is for you.

I came across this product by accident in the deli section. I love to try different cheeses and was intrigued by a soft cheese. I'm so glad I gave it a shot as it is now one of my favorite snacks. It has a good consistency and is easily spreadable. Taste is great! Perfect amount in the container. Worth a try.

This spread is a real winner! It goes great with most any cracker and is soft enough to allow dipping or spreading. The flavor is tangy and the garlic/herb combination is tasty to serve as is - no additions necessary unless you have a particular ingredient to add to individualize it. It's great for bagels and any potato product including fries. Dip it or spread it -ENJOY!

This was absolutely amazing with some noodles and veggies. So easy. I didn't have to put any seasoning in the dish (I am big on seasoning). I just added some heavy cream to the mixture to thin and it was a perfect alfredo dish. All the kids loved it and it was devoured with no leftovers. I made one big pan with noodles, anduli sausage, broccoli, bell peppers and it fed a family of five.

Of course I would enjoy it as a cracker or bread slice spread if it was smoother to apply. But for the price, quality of ingredients and taste, an affordable way to enjoy a quick healthier snack if usiing healthy multi grain and multi seeded crackers or on slices of fruits as pears and applies.

Very addictive and excellent taste, the price is not something that is worth the money but sometimes you just have to spoil yourself. I love this cheese on any item from celery to bagel crisp crackers, and even English muffins. Very creamy and burst with flavor, just that something extra when raiding the fridge at night, or dressing up a get together.

This cheese is SO good!! Pretty respectable kick of garlic, but not so much to be bitter or burning. (quiet tip: WM is cheaper by $3 than anywhere else in town!! Sure hope they don't raise the price anytime soon, I'd have to cut way back :-(( ) I use the butter crackers, since they don';t have any really distinct flavor or their own, just a little richer. Really nice treat, also goes well with hot or cold beverages. I've gotten lots of good ideas for other uses reading the comments. There's not a lot of junk ingredients in it either, that's a real plus for me.

I tried this for the first time because the texture of my always-go-to garlic herb cheese "Boursin" was off and because this one is much cheaper. I REGRETED. It tasted like margarine, with some cheesy flavor. I took second bite - yikes - and then threw it away. Despite high price, "Boursin" tastes the best!
