Alpena Spotfire 20W, 4000 Lm LED Spotlight 12 in for Off Road Vehicles

This spotlight has endless possibilities. You can hook it up to your vehicle, off road vehicle, bike, etc. The instructions were easy to follow and made for a quick and painless installation. It includes hardware and a bracket. Currently we have it on our ATV but we are going to try and put it on my kayak for night rides. I'm impressed with the quality of the entire unit. It doesn't drain a lot of power to use which is great. The lights don't get hot while in use for a long period of time. The housing unit and protective lens cover are durable and not easily damaged. The placement of the LEDs make a wide range and the distance quite far. The LEDs are super bright and make seeing in the dark as easy as daylight. I'm happy we get this great spotlight in a compact size. I definitely recommend!

The Alpena Spot Fire Aux Light is bright! Be advised that this only comes with one assembly and no wiring or switch. If you plan to have them used as fog/aux lights in the normal fashion, you will need to purchase two. The light comes with its mounting hardware including a bolt and nut to mount it through a thin steel surface. Also included are four crimp style spade connectors (2 male and 2 female). About 12 inches of wire are attached to the light with bare positive and negative terminals. This lamp works on 12 and 24 volt systems. This lamp is very sturdy and built out of what appears to be painted/powder coated mild steel so this light should take a beating and keep working without issue. They are IP67 water resistant/proof rated. At 1500 lumens these are bright enough replace low and maybe even high beam headlamps if desired. I would definitely recommend these for applications including off roaders/construction/work vehicles. This thing is BRIGHT!

I wanted to mount some auxiliary spot lights on my car and I decided to go with Alpena SpotFire (part#77726). I like how it has a compact square design with curved corners, and 16 bright LEDs that project a powerfully 1500 Lumens of bright white light. This thing lights up the whole street when you turn it on at night. Needless to say I'll be using it off-road so not to blind other drivers. The light itself measures 3.06 inches wide by 3.625 inches long and 2.75 inches depth. It has a built in heat sink to keep it running cooler. It uses only 1.4 Amps which doesn't put a major draw on your battery or alternator. I opted to buy a wiring kit and install it that way, as the kit came with buit-in fuses for protection. The mounting bracket I used is also made by Alpena, called LEDClamp Solo (part#78069) and that's also very easy to install without drilling. The mounting bracket on the light is stainless steel and can be exposed to the elements without worrying about rust. So far it's only been about a week I've had it on my car, but I'm really enjoying the light output this thing has. It is a whole lot brighter than the high beams on my car and so far none of the mounting screws have come loose. I like it!

This light is very strong and durable. My husband connected this to his zero turn lawn mower instead of a vehicle. It was super easy for him to connect to the mower. Since it only came with two wires it was straight-forward. The mounting bracket was perfect for mounting it on his mower. It is very sturdy when attached. Even when he hits a big bump while mowing it doesn't bounce at all. Once he tightened the light where it needed to be it has stayed on perfectly. He hasn't needed to adjust it any. His zero turn has a function in the ignition that enables him to turn the light on and off even if my mower isn't running. The light uses 40 LEDs in it making it very bright. My husband has mowed in pitch-black darkness without any issues seeing using this as his only light. This would work great on a vehicle as it is intended for. Although, it might be hard connecting it to a vehicle since the wires aren't very long. It has a protective cast aluminum alloy housing over the LED lights that help it be more durable and protect it from outside elements and stay rust-free. My husband likes how the wire that came out of the light was wrapped in a thick protective coating.

We hooked this up to our Jeep for night fishing/camping and have to say it was better than expected. It's small but the lights carried well out over the lake and didn't burn hot. Honestly pretty impressed it's low power since they're LED didn't even strain our little generator. Would definitely recommend

I have been needing a more bold spotlight type of light for my Razr, the lights I had on it before just don't cut it for what I need. I decided to try this one out to see if it would work for me and I am so happy that I did. First off, the packaging has a button where you can test it out yourself with the press of the button and wow - it is so bright! I love that you can test it straight from the packaging. The light itself is made very well, very sturdy which is great for what I need it for. I love the look of it and it fits the look of my Razr well. The light itself was very easy to install, the guide shows you exactly how it installs and it was easy to follow. The light itself works amazing. The brightness is amazing and I am very impressed. It works so well. If you need a very, very bright light this one is it. I can't recommend enough.

This Alpena spitfire light is so amazing. The lights are led. It comes in the packaging that allows you to push the button and test it before use. My husband was able to hook it up to his truck with no problem. The LED lights are very bright. I would highly recommend this spitfire light.

My husband handled the install of this one on our ATV . There's hardware in the kit but tools are needed. The light mount is very sturdy, the materials seem very strong and should last a long time. The light is super bright , my hubby wore goggles . We anticipate this light to be very useful when we are joy riding and it gets dusky dark in the evenings or during the rain.

Gives off good light, it's fairly bright. It's not top of the line by any means and may not hold up with heavy abuse…all in all it's worth a try for most people. As far as install goes, I'm a bit fussy on making sure I don't have wires showing, so there were a couple challenges in that but I felt the installation was fairly easy.

I'm happy to receive this Alpena Auxiliary Spitfire Light. I'm sure it's very bright as I've seen others Listings on the internet. With a 1,500LUMENS 16 LED Spot light Your sure to light up any rugged trail you Are willing to take on. Unfortunately the non 5 star review is coming From me because I was sent an incomplete Product. The light i was sent is missing it's switch and blue Battery pack as I'm sure you'll see in the front Picture I'm posting. I wanted to try to hook it up but with an Incomplete product I'm sure you understand that That's impossible at this point? Therefore I'm putting how often I use this product to Never Because I can't hook it up :(
