Very effective in controlling appetite if you take it with plenty of water for the directions, I believe they're cheaper options with similar ingredients, but this is very effective for what it says it's supposed to do

It's a good appetite suppressant. Best taken 1-2 hours before you eat. Its pricey and I don't like that the bottle includes only 50 capsules, taken twice a day so it's not a full month supply.
