Lion king
Alpha Lion, I find, is the only pre workout that doesn't make my skin crawl, but gives me the energy needed for a two hour workout without a crash.

Awesome flavor!
Orange gainsicle is not only a creative name, but an amazing flavor. It's hitting the spot during these hot temps. I suggest extra ice, and taking it about 15 minutes prior to your workout.

best pre workout on market
I've been a gym goer for years, I've tried a lot of our workouts, right now this is best on market, the energy and drive it gives you makes you last longer in the gym, not for people just starting out

Stable and long lasting.
No jitters, and no crash. I normally use Bucked Up, but Alpha Lion makes a much more stable pre workout. It takes about 15 minutes to kick in, which is perfect for a little cardio before lifting.

Decent, but seems watered down a bit.
I just don't seem to get the kick out of this like I used to. Don't get me wrong, I still get that pre workout feeling, and there is no crash, but I don't quite get the pump anymore.

Did not like this. Made us sick to our stomach with only half the recommended serving. Wouldn't buy again.
