Non GMO
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nature's Truth is a great non GMO brand. ALA is a powerful antioxidant that some people may not get enough of daily if they dont eat enough vegetables. This capsules also contains your daily dose of Biotin as well, which is great!. I only took a star off because I am not good at swallowing large pills, and these were a little big for me.

I would prefer a safety push top
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Nature's Truth in exchange for my honest review. As for the packaging, I am not a fan of the lid. I prefer a push twist top. I do like and appreciate the ingredient lineup. They have biotin that help strengthen nails. I appreciate it. I have fine nails, and I have noticed they have strengthened a little bit the past 2 weeks since I've been testing this product. These are easy to take, quick release capsules. They are NON-GMO and gluten-free. They have no weird taste, or after taste. I recommend this product and will buy this product in the future. Especially if they change the packaging.
