Of all the blood pressure cuffs, I have tried, this one is the easiest to use. The instructions are very easy to understand. The cuff is easy to apply on your arm. The reading of the blood pressure is very accurate. With people that have blood pressure issues, it is very important to have an accurate reading.

I have had multiple blood pressure cuffs, as I have to watch my blood pressure. This is an excellent blood pressure cuff, it has multiple modes and is automatic, there is no pinching from the arm band and it easily slides over my arm without issues. The cuff plugs directly into the monitor. It contains many different features, everything at the touch of a button and the results are very accurate. The hospital I went to approved it. It is durable, easy to travel with if needed and perfect size, easy to read

I got this for my dad. He needs to check his blood pressure daily. This is easy to use for him. The numbers are big for him to see. it can take batteries or you can use a charging cord. You will need to provide your own charging block. This is a great monitor for anyone.

Great at home blood pressure monitor. Easy to set up and get working, just make sure you read the instructions because it took me a minute to get an accurate reading (unlike the pic included). Love that the display is easy to see/read. I also love that you can see the last reading you took so you don't have to write anything down if you are trying to keep up with that. It's quick and easy to charge with a pretty long battery life. The batteries are only required as a back up of the charging aspect.

I got this bc my Dr was worried about my Blood pressure and I was told to watch it! this pressure machine has been the only 1 I've found that's actually accurate with what the Dr office said!

this is so easy to use and Im glad I invested in one. i did not realize how important it is to know your blood pressure levels and what they have to do with how you are feeling mentally and also how the foods you eat also affect it.

This review is mostly about the Aikankan App @Apple Store. The monitor itself seems to work fine. I've compared my readings between the U90B Plus to a regular cuff type monitor with close results. As for the app, it's poorly developed. Part of the registration process is to input an account number which doesn't exist. After some researching one customer stated that he/she used their phone number and that did work but why does one need it since I had to include password and email/mobile number for the registration? The reading time seem to be set to a different time zone with no way to change it even though the monitor did update the time on the display once I connected to it via Bluetooth. The included instructions stated to download either the US or Chinese version, but the Apple Store only has one app by the name of Aikankan which is the same app if I use the QR code included with the instructions. Because of this the app has mixed languages and cannot change the measurement type from metric to Imperial systems. So, make sure you can convert to setup your profile. Last for now, the app does not sync with the Apple Health app. I checked the health app, and the Aikankan app is not included as a "Data Source". I do not recommend the Plus version if you need the app to function correctly via Bluetooth since it's not transferring the readings. I would recommend the device version without Bluetooth since the developer does not care to fix it the app!
