Alpine Corporation 4-Tier Rock Water Outdoor Electric Fountain with LED Lights

Came properly packed and protected. After 2 weeks still works great. I particularly like that strong pump. Great value. I love the sound of the waterfall on my terrace. It would be beneficial to sell the fountain cleaner fluid together with the fountain to protect its lifespan. I am very happy with the purchase!

I am so very pleased with my new fountain it Arrived on time and the set up was so very easy. All the parts are working quite well I turn it off when ImAll the parts are working quite well I turn it off when Im not able to enjoy it personally I want to preserve it for as long as possible. Absolutely beautiful. Bought as a Christmas gift for my wife and she was very impressed. There are fountains out there for well over $500 that are not as nice as this one. Lastly, I am always nervous about ordering from new companies on line - this company is excellent. We had a minor issue needing help with one of the parts. The CSR helped us and then sent a replacement for one of the parts to make sure our fountain was perfect. Would buy from these folks again.

First, let me say that I am not affiliated in any way with Alpine Corporation or Walmart and this is not a paid review. After purchasing and installing this product, I discovered a flaw which I immediately reported to Alpine Customer Service (representative "Grace"). She took immediate action, the complaint was reviewed by Alpine and I received a replacement unit within 3 working days of my complaint being verified. This is a very pleasing product and creates an enjoyable ambience in the yard, garden or home. I recommend both it and this company as the type of folks with whom you want to do business. This water feature is a "best value" and I bought it not only because of that but because of previous reviews that were so positive about their customer service. My experience verifies those reviews. The first time we ordered this fountain it sounded great but had three cracks in it. The cracks did not cause any leakage but we returned it just because we didn't want the cracks to get bigger over time since we were using it everyday. However, the 2nd one we ordered didn't sound nearly as good as the damaged one (go figure), which we wouldn't mind having back! First once was soothing where as the second sounded like water going into a bucket. Hopefully the next one will sound like the first one. Pros: If you've watched the video regarding this product it sounds just like the fountain in the video. Nice

I did expect it to be a bit bigger but its perfect for a small space. Looks nice and sounds great. Love the lighting element.

The fountain itself was a great buy for the price although it seems to have gone up since my purchase. The pump noise was tolerable and the lights at night was beautiful. All that being said, 6 months after puchse, I had to continuously reattach the pump hose. Now, 10 months later, after the fountain has endured all of Indiana's weather changes, I noticed that the bottom of the fountain has deteriorated. It is now useless. If you are in an area with drastic changes of weather, the fountain should probably come inside the house.

I gave a rating of two stars, but that is not because of the water fountain. It is beautiful and I love it. The two stars goes to Walmart and the Fountain company. My box showed up in an Amazon box because the original fountain cardboard packaging had been severely damaged/ ripped open that someone had to put it in an additional huge cardboard box A chunk of the original cardboard box cover was missing and the damage was so big that everything Else the Fountain was supposed to come with was missing/fell out. Two boxes were not included that were the motor and the cables. So I could not set the fountain up and get it running. I cannot believe somebody felt it was still OK to deliver a box in that seriously damaged condition. Then when I called to have all of the equipment redelivered and that order finally arrived it was wrong again! The back cover piece that is supposed to close in The fountain does not even fit! I am beyond frustrated with this. While the fountain itself is gorgeous, the hassle was very disappointing and to get it wrong twice

Leaks. Trying to repair I don't have to take time to send back.

When my fountain arrived appeared to be in good shape. Hooked up the pump and plugged it in and it kicked out the breaker, reset the breaker and the pump turned on briefly and kicked out the breaker again. Frustrating poor quality pump I'm sure, so now I have to fill out a return sheet with photosAnd my receipt before they'll even evaluate. When you pay $300 for something you expect it to be in good condition and working order. I learn my lesson no more Alpine products
