Bought this as a gift for my son. When he first put it together the pump was not strong enough to push the water through and it just would pour onto the floor. I contacted the company and they sent us a whole new unit. New unit works great and this is a great little fountain to add to your yard. Cute and gives that water feature that is so relaxing.

Extremely quiet pump. All we can hear is the water trickling. Very well packed, box had been through a lot during shipping, thought for sure there would be damage, but arrived safely. Very happy with our purchase.
This was the cutest fountain for my yard. I love the sound of the running water. The price was exceptional.
The fountain itself is adorable..I have had it out for approximately one month. I do not let it run continuously and today, June 4th, I plug it in, and the pump is dead. I have never let the water run out so that is not the problem…the pump is just not working…
I wanted a trickling sound . The sound of this was not comforting to me. I adjusted the pump but it just didn't seem to make a difference.
The pump runs but doesn't appear powerful enough to actually move the water all the way through the tubing. Doesn't have the patience to try to get it back in the box to return. It's pretty but doesn't work.

Cute design, but WILL NOT HOLD WATER! I have to keep filling it up! My friend bought one and has the SAME issue! Obviously, a mfg defect!!!!
