Several Problems:
1) It's annoying they are sticking tags onto the bottom of each sole. The stickers are barely even readable (so, basicially pointless anyway) and very frustrating to deal with trying to clean off the adhesive residue left behind after removing them. Taping stickers onto the bottom of soles is a pratice that needs to stop; thankfully most shoe companies have but this one hasn't. Surely you agree that no one likes wasting time on something unnecessary and avoidable. Just use a normal tag with the string that's already there attaching the left and right pair of flip flops together. Easier to read AND no annoying sticky adhesive which the customer has to clean off each sole!
2) The description claiming it "provides padded arch support" is very misleading. It may be technically true in the sense there's a tiny bit of extra padding in the arch area BUT in no sense does it provide arch support anywhere close to what anyone seeking arch support would want or need. If that's you, skip these flips flops because the arch support is practically non-existant.
3) They purposely use the word "Cushion" in the product title yet these do NOT feel cushiony. For comparison, if you've ever worn a pair of Cobians, Reef Cushion/Bounce, or something similar then you know what "Cushion" is supposed to mean in a flip flop. These are definitely NOT that; they are MUCH harder/firmer. So, if you're thinking of buying these because of the "Cushion" description in the product title... don't or you will be sorely disappointed.
4) Contacted the company and although they replied to the initial message, it wasn't helpful. So, I replied back reiterating the information I'd already provided and explaining even further but that message has been ignored. If they had replied and demonstrated they truly care about customer service and resolving problems, I wouldn't have written this review. I never write bad reviews if a company stands behind their product and walks-the-walk as far as customer support rather than just talking-the-talk. But, since that didn't happen, they left me feeling compelled to write this review and to deduct 1 star for each of the problems listed.
