I bought 2 in lieu of A/Cs for several reasons and tested them the moring after their arrival. It took 25-30 minutes, but then I noticed that it had become more comfortable in my apartment. They had each removed 3 Oz. of water from the air. So, during a power failure in hot %26 humid weather, and if you have a backup power of some sort, these little things can make make it a bit more comfortable.

This countertop dehumidifier works great! My condo is 1350 square feet, and the machine works in a 1000 square foot area, so I just close 2 bedroom doors. Overnight, it removed 8 ounces of water, which was warping my laminate flooring! In 2 days, no more crackling of warped flooring! I was amazed. Small price tag, big results. This is the first time in 9 years we have had a humidity issue, but we’ve reached the age where air conditioning is rarely needed. This dehumidifier keeps our living space comfortable.

My husband and I moved the apartment didn't have any dehumidification and we wound up getting sick within a week of moving in it felt sticky the floors made noise but this little guy Took the humidity right out of the air and we both starting feeling better and within 24hrs the whole apartment was easier to breath in

I use it in a small bathroom with no exhaust fan. It solved the problem of moisture staying in the room after showers. It was the perfect purchase. Now I only turn it on after showering because the lingering moisture is gone. The light is a few pretty colors to choose from and it's a little light hum sound that you can't hear outside the room. It's compact and does job for small space. It might would even work in a very (very) small bedroom or closet if needed but it was definitely worth the price.

I have this in a 6'x6' room in the basement that gets musty and the humidity in there is usually between 70% and 80%. Since putting it in there three days ago, it has removed maybe a cup and a half of water from the air, and while the room still feels and smells humid, it is now slightly warmer, no noticeable difference in humidity, still 70-80%. Pretty disappointing.

I didn't understand what they sent me, what wasn't, they dared to mark it as if they had delivered it to me, but in reality, they put something else in the box.

Unit seemed to work well and I appreciated its compact size and bright colors. However, the power supply at the plug was hot to the touch. The unit vents were not blocked in any way and the circuit was not overloaded. I have never had this problem before with any other device plugged into that outlet. I was reluctant to return it and would have preferred a replacement but was not given that option, only a return, which I did because I was concerned about the risk of a fire.

Very disappointing. For the last week this has been running 24/7 in an 8x12 humid room. There is less than an eigh of an inch of water in the collection tank. The humidity level, read on 2 meters, has not fallen. Very much a waste of money, and too late to return.
