We received the unit quickly and safely packaged. It was ready to use immediately. It was a surprise gift for my husband and he was surprised. It came 3 days ago and he has been using it for 3 days happily. It works stationary (no sliding) on the floor and is very quiet. He is very comfortable using it because the machine does all the work. The movement of the machine is very gentle for him and he loves it. He likes the hand-held device to control the unit. He loves this machine.

Yeah, it was so easy to get things set up

Very easy-to-use and a great workout. Although the machine does the work your muscles and blood flow, etc are still exercised so expect to be a little sore the 1st few times you use the machine. Like any exercise program work up to your full range of time. Backwards pedal motion really got to me the 1st 2 or 3 exercise periods. A Really great machine especially for folks like me with disabilities making it impossible to walk even short distances. Helps me avoid edema, improves my circulation in my feet and legs and increases feeling so much less numbness.
