Was a bit skeptical but I wanted to try it. It's as good as I hoped it would be. Couple things, tho. Isn't ‘non skid' on carpets or rugs. But on a hardwood floor or even linoleum, it's great!!! Another thing is to use a straight chair so can sit up straight to make it easier on your back. I say it's a good value for the money! It's easily portable which is good. I definitely recommend,

My low rating to get your attention because you ask for a rating a day after I receive the product even before I have used it your request for a rating should be at least a week to two weeks after it has been received and has been used by the receiving person. anything short of that time period would not be an honest rating. I had one before this one and gave a five- star rating after I received it and a week late it stopped working and had to return it! this is why I'm stating that you need to wait till a person have used it for a week or two.

I never received a copy of the warranty and when I installed the batteries in the remote it didn't work !!! I can't get in touch with the supplier!! NOW WHAT ???
