The earbuds themselves, great. Only pair of earbuds I've ever had that don't hurt my right ear. Sounds is good, great comfort. The case on the other hand... I hope I just got a bad one because if not, the quality control personnel need to be fired at altec lancing. I could not get my case to charge at first and couldn't hardly get the charging chord to stay in. Turn out, the case went too far out and was blocking the charger from going all the way in. I had to file back the plastic which was easy enough but annoying to have to do. Works just fine now. If the charger had plugged in correctly from the start, easily a 5-star rating
