I wanted shampoo, nit conditioner.

good product, bad shipping
Love the product, but everytime I get a shipment it either explodes and leaks everywhere or the top is cracked. I ordered 2 separate item. The conditioner pump as cracked in half. and the the shampoo, I ordered 2 bottles. One exploded in the box and only half was left in the bottle

Product not as advertised
Completely different conditioner inside the bottle. I've been using this product for over 10 years and know what it smells like (mainly why I use it) and this product smells and feels completely different. Do not buy.
