I love how this makes my hair look, shiny and silky, and less frizzy from the gray. Works great.

Very good shampoo
My cousin has a difficult time finding a decent shampoo that doesn't irritate her scalp. Her hairdresser recommended Alterna CAVIAR, and so far she's very happy with it.

Not as good as
Alterna-caviar products just aren't as good as they used to be so disappointing. Years ago they made somewhat of a good job on my aging hair; I purchased through a hair dresser 20 y/a but not so now. My hair tends to come out in gobs, which I cannot afford, not now!

Disappointed
Unless I use a conditioner with this, my hair feels thick and dry. I thought a moisturizing shampoo was supposed to make it feel softer and smooth but this does not. I have to use a conditioner for sure.

Disappointing shampoo
I'm not sure I received the real with this bottle of shampoo. It dried my hair out so bad that it felt like straw, stripped everything off my hair and left it dry and lifeless along with a dry, itchy scalp and this was after using it one time. I tried it a 2nd time and received the same results. It's so bad I'm returning it and I've never returned a shampoo I didn't like but this one was horrible!

Watered down product.
I'm very disappointed with this product. I've ordered many of the Caviar Anti-aging products. The shampoo I received isn't representative of the quality of the brand. It was very watered down. All of the Caviar shampoo I've purchased has been at least twice as thick.

it has clearly deteriorated. The liquid has turned into a clumpy, grainy texture, making it unusable. This raises concerns about the product's shelf life and storage conditions. Very disappointed.”
