Let me begin by sayingl, I have never paid $28 for a small bottle of shampoo before. The reason why I did pay this much for CAVIAR was because I was losing a lot of hair every time I brushed. CAVIAR was supposed to be gentle, sulfate-free and a product far superior to most shampoos on the narket. While I have only used the product three times so far, it smells nice and lathers quite well. I am definitely seeing a lot less hair in my brush. You also have to get used to how the bottle cap works because it's not the typical pop top. I would recommend it but I do wish it was about $10 cheaper.
