Great value for a great product
I've been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and so glad to find it in these extra large sizes. Color safe, sulfate free, smells great and leaves my hair shiny and smooth without weighing it down.

Counterfeit Produxt
I purchased the large bottle of your shampoo several months ago but only started using it recently. I noticed that the shampoo appears to be separating, with a layer of oil settling at the bottom. I have purchased this product several times in the past and have never encountered this issue before. This is not a quality product, I have received in the past, and I believe this is a counterfeit product! Could you please provide some clarification on this matter? I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue.
