Great Shampoo, my hair feels silky, smooth and healthy. I have fine hair that weighs down easily but this product works great. Shipping was slow but great product.

This was not the original Alterna brand shampoo and conditioner I have used for years; it was a knock off. Beware!

This is a fake product. First off, this product arrived in three layers of busted/overly taped up packaging. The first two layers were USPS packaging, the third layer was FedEx; this on its face makes no sense and is clearly not how professional organizations package items for shipping. Then there is the product itself. Compared to the actual original product that I have and was replacing, the bottles look and feel completely different (these bottles are just generic pump bottles covered in a printed plastic sleeve that is meant to look like the original vs. a solid color bottle with raised printing). And of course, the actual shampoo and conditioner do not smell, feel or work correctly. Absolutely do not waste your money on this worthless knockoff.
