wheel chair is perfect for our needs. The remote is a little sensitive but works. The only issue is the battery case came broken been waiting for a response from the company. Its been a week will start a refund wss hoping they would just send a new one so I dont need to return the wheel chair and order a new one.

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
They sent me the wrong chair It looks like a previously used chair, parts are missing, the toggle control is defective,, wrong color, no manual. Customer service is impossible to deal with. Do not purchase from this company.
