Very easy to fold and unfold and light enough that my husband and I can put in vehicle. I am however still a student driver and suffer the consequences of that. 😀

VERY WELL MADE AND WELL DESIGNED, IT DOES' NOT FOLD AS SMALL AS I WOULD LIKE. IT WAS DELIVERED ON TIME BUT IT WAS NOT THE COLOR I ORDERED. THE QUALITY WAS SO NICE THAT I DIDN'T RETURN.

I love it from what I see but there aren't any directions with it. Could you please send me the directions.

It works as intended. The joystick is very sensitive. Unfortunately, the slowest setting isn't slow enough, as it accelerates too quickly even at that level. Additionally, the device is somewhat heavy, making it difficult for an elderly person to lift it into a car trunk.

I ordered a brown chair, but i received a black one. There was no user manual with my chair as well.

BUYER BE WARNED!!! Please be WARNED of this company (Alton Mobility). After ordering this wheelchair we received the incorrect item and contacted them to get the issue resolved. They insisted that we ship them back the incorrect one before they would even acknowledge or act on shipping the correct one. It took them over 7 days to even provide a return label so that we could return it. Once label was received we shipped out next day and let them know it was in transit. Still refusing to ship the correct product to us. When tracking showed chair was delivered to them I once again called them to confirm and get the correct wheelchair shipped. Yet still nothing. We have now been waiting over 46 days (and counting) to receive the wheelchair we ordered yet Alton refusing to ship only stating to us that they "are reviewing the case". Wal-Mart was wonderful to work with but I would recommend that they remove this company from being able to sell to consumers as they appear to be a SCAM.

Seller sent the wrong item. Seller phone numbers are forwarded and difficult to get in touch with. It was a hassle returning and receiving refund. Please see other reviews and beware of purchase. Walmart is well aware of the issues.

Sent wrong color, ordered 20 inch seat and the one. on seat is 16 1/2 inches. Chair is too fast for inside use. I want to return chair.
