Poor Customer Service
When I placed the order, I was told the delivery date would be by the weekend. The item was to be used for a family get-together. The item arrived over a week later than promised. I wanted to let you know that I requested a return from the vendor since I no longer needed the item. It was not even removed from the box. The return was authorized, but I had to pay for shipping, which was $143 by UPS. The total cost of the item, plus tax and shipping, was $111. Why should I have to pay for the return shipping? This was not mentioned when the purchase was made online. My Walmart credit card should be credited for the amount of the order. Or authorize the return of the item and send a prepaid shipping label for return for full credit to my account. Thanks for resolving this issue.
