our old pool ladder broke so I ordered this on and so far it's been great. we have an above ground pool and this was a good fit for out set up.

Okay so far
I'm using this ladder on a wooden platform deck I built around an Intex Ultra Frame pool. Assembly of the ladder was easy and required maybe 5 minutes. When you place this ladder in your pool, it takes about 10 minutes for the resin (plastic) steps to fill with water and stop floating (directions do not note this). The aluminum loops at the top are very flimsy - we'll see how long it takes for them to bend or deform. The loops go through included flanges (but no screws to attach the flanges to the decking) for the top of your deck and the directions are clear on drilling holes into the decking for the end of the loops to slip into. Looks terrific once installed, but we haven't tested it yet with adults, so I can't speak to whether or not it will last very long. For the money, if I get a season or two out of it, I'll be happy. This ladder is not as awful as some of the other reviews have stated.

Not so good
Hand rails were too long. Had to cut them to fit into the pool. Mounting hardware for the deck is thin plastic. Won't last very long. Very unsturdy.
