AluShield Aerosol Wound Bandage 2.6 Ounces

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My horse cut his foot just above his hoof & a friend came to the rescue with AluShield. Saved the day so ordered more for myself & her. The cut healed quickly & didn't get infected. Will always have this on hand for easy application especially when the area can't be wrapped easily.

I almost bought this on Amazon but decided to come back to SCAH for my vet kit needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my go-to for minor nicks and wounds. I use it on sheep, goats, alpacas and even poultry. Much better than blukote or similar alternatives.

I am SO glad SmartPak is carrying this product. This is one of those products I cannot live without. My mare is to put it nicely "accident prone." Despite living in a safe stall and being t/o in a safe paddock, she is constantly coming in with cuts and scrapes. I used to use antibiotic cream on her owwies, but that prevented a good scab from forming, which I didn't like. This stuff is amazing!!! Keeps the wound clean and dry and allows a scab to form nicely. Also lasts a solid two days without needing to be reapplied, which is great for me as a boarder who works full time. Definitely give it a try. It's one of those products you will always have on hand.

My horse had no flesh down to the bone on left hind. It regenerated but skin grafts failed. This product allows my horse to live without infection and insects eating away at the flesh and the thin baby skin she is trying to generate. Thank you for this product. Anything else of this type is too strong and kills the flesh .

My granddaughters pony got some nasty deep scratches near her hip bone. I was using antibiotic ointment and some Swat around it and it was looking ok but then I noticed some proud flesh starting. I quick ordered AluShield and I couldn't believe the difference in the wound. 2 times spraying it and it looks wonderful. I will be using it for all nicks and scrapes from now on!!
