I bought this for my two grandsons whose room is not big. This bed is compact and fits perfectly, and they love it. Metal slats can definitely handle the jumping and playing they do. My husband put it together himself in about 1 1/2 hours. Sometimes the instructions were a little confusing

Great product , only downfall is that is a little wobbly when getting on the top bunk but my kids don't mind .

It is very sturdy made and has worked for around 6 months now with no problems. Here is the reason for the 4 stars. The instructions were confusing and 4 of the screws on one bed were to short, They would go through the hole but did not extend out over 2 centimeters and the tap would not go on it. We had to drive to the store and purchase 4 screws that were 1/4 inch longer than the orginal ones in order to finish putting it together.

Mostly a good affordable bed. However, the slats keep popping out of position on the top bunk when a kid plants their knee down to climb up. This necessitates a board to cover the entire mattress area to help support whatever mattress you put up there. Probably a good idea to do that in the bottom bunk as well. I also think the bottom bed needs a support leg in the middle along the front frame edge. When kids sit there it does bow a bit. It might bend over a long period of time. The bed does seem a bit creaky for bigger kids. It has held up for over a month so far. This is probably a better bed for smaller kids.

It's been less than a week , the bottom part of the bunk bed is already bent, Walmart customer service wants me to disassemble and return the whole thing instead of just replacing that one part, yet another reason to never use them again.

1st order came in rusted and holes were misaligned. Reordered and the 2nd one came is with pieces bent and broken.

This thing took hours to put together and some of the pieces broke. Then the railing on the top bunk broke. Not what I expected for my little ones

The weld on the top rail broke within a month of owning them making the top bunk unsafe. Don't waste your money. Poorly constructed.

Hi I brought this bed about a month ago and just put it up it's like the right pieces wasn't added to the box bed is breaking already !

Directions to put this thing together were terrible. Some of the pieces do not fit would not stay together to hold the mattresses up.
