I received the product earlier than expected and all items were in the box
Product was good for the price value
Missing parts. Bed continued to fall apart because pieces are missing. I was sent 4 %2310 instead of 2 %2310 and 2 %238.
when reached steps for assembling top bunk was 6 screws and 8 nuts short and missing 3 of support rails that mattress sets on. the 3rd roll away bed wheels do not lock so creeps around if have a restless child on it. unfortunately teenagers burned box while was assembling so unable to return it after hrs of assembling .also unable to use mattress support bars for rollaway on top bunk as they are shorter. Definitely need at least 2 people to assemble once begin upper bunk for side rails installation
The item was easy enough for us to assemble. Per the directions we tightened it to 80% until all screws were placed. My grandson who is 80lbs was afraid to climb onto the top bunk because it shook. I assured him that it was ok. I've had it for a little less than 3 months and I keep having to to tighten the screws. If I could I'd return this for a wooden set as this can't be safe. Please don't get this set. It's not worth the money.
Pleaseeeee be prepared to have extra screws and etc. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to assemble the beds. The bed had soooo many missing parts. I would buy at your own risk.
