I am at that age when I pee when I laugh, sneeze, cough, or overly exert myself when exercising. I love how thin these are and how absorbent they are. Im not saying you dont need to use the bathroom. They are not adult diapers. I feel confident when I wear these. No fear of accidental peeing. Size 7 is long enough so you can sleep with no problems. They are lightly scented but do not irritate my skin. Worth the price!

I have a tiny bladder issue that I was born with, without these Always %23 7 as well as my Tena Serenity Overnight Incontinence Pads, I wouldn't be able to even leave my house. Very Good Products for a major issue such as mine. Without These, I would have No Life.

There were so many different brands and sizes of pads to choose from. I decided to go with Always, top brand. Always long pads are very protective for me because I am at times have incontinence. They catch the leakage and don't feel a thing. The extra long pads are added protection and stay put, don't move.

In my opinion, these are the best pads on the market for women who need a heavier absorbency. They are thin, so at first I wasn’t sure they would hold, but they were a wonderful surprise! Their absorbency was the best I’ve tried even though they are thin! I would highly recommend trying them to see for yourself. They are also so comfortable without the bulkiness of thicker pads. It’s a win-win for me!

Always Discreet %237 pads are the best I've tried. I never leave home without wearing one. I don't always need one. But I won't take a chance.These aren't for over gushers. These are for when trying to hold back and it starts trickle out. After the first trinkle I'm good for another 20 mins. That allows me time to get to a bathroom. U need to make sure that ur underwear is snug holding it close to ur body otherwise it will leak. I only wear dresses and spanks so this really helps. My panties and spanks stay dry. And no one knows I'm wearing a pad. These pads have saved me from being embarrassed while out in public. Don't expect these to work like a diaper. They're not ment for u to empty ur bladder. Only to catch the overflow of ur bladder until u can get to a bathroom.

The best incontinence pads on the market. I tried different brands, but I stopped after trying the Always brand. No more worries about embarrassing accidents. I not only recommend Always, but I have given a friend a couple to try, and she was thrilled to know there's something that really does what it says it will.

Definitely less leaks with these pads due to the pad filling Turning into a gel and not being able to be squeezed out like a wet towel. Will not hold a full bladder accident though. I am not sure there are any other product out there that could hold a full bladder though.

The thinness of the pads is amazing considering the amazing absorbency, My only disappointment is that the adhesive is not great. The pads don't stick well to the panty. They easily come loose and even fall off. And they fold inward so that the adhesive sticks to itself... just not to the panty. More adhesive power, please!

Seems like these pads are getting smaller, less absorbent, and over all not the quality they once were. But then again, that seems to be our norm . . . pay more get less. I've been using these products for years, and I can see how they are not as long and wide as they used to be. I can do without the stale rose scent that was added a few years ago. 7 drop does not absorb quickly enough. Sometimes just a small rush of urine causes the pad to leak from the sides creating an embarrassing mess. So what's next? 8 drop, or does Always discreet hope we all move up to full incontinent panties which I am not there yet. I just want a pad that fits and absorbs like the old Always 6 did.

I agreed to take the Always product because my Poise order was out of stock--or whatever the issue was. I ordered a %237 Poise product. It was replaced with a %237 Always product. They are nowhere near the same product or absorbency. Totally unacceptable. Just comparing the packaging makes that obvious. I'd have been fine with an equal replacement for Poise, but somebody needs to know that a %237 Always is not even close. The problem is that it is not convenient for me to return the Always....that's why I order online--so I can order exactly what I know will work. I'll be careful next time.
