Fabulous! Cute underwear that I'm not embarrassed to wear! I love the boutique idea and how these look attractive like the company is proud of them rather than that they are some sad medical product without style. I think they look pretty cute on and my husband likes how they look, too. They feel a lot more like regular panties and they aren't bulky.

I know these are use for postpartum, but my 99 year-old has been using them since 2020. They are very absorbent. The style is nice and the texture is soft. To remove the underwear they do tear off the sides. My mom uses them like underwear so she just pulls them up and down. They are super absorbent that is if they are worn the right way. My mom happen to put them on backwards so the next morning we had a problem. Also not wearing any underwear doesn’t absorb either. I always make sure she has enough in stock so she never runs out. The price is pretty reasonable and when a coupon is available, that is even better.

These are comfortable and discreet as the packaging states. They don’t look or feel like you are wearing diaper just slightly thicker underwear. They are more comfortable than a bulky pad. They are great to wear if you have trouble making it to the bathroom.

When you have to wear emergency underwear, wear the BEST on the market! Always Discreet is the BEST. Having to rely on disposable underwear since major surgery I wouldn’t wear anything else. My confidence is so strong with this brand- I have yet to have an uncomfortable experience wearing them. The other brands just don’t compare.

My 5th purchase. Fits my high waisted body style best. Thank You .(Has a second style for other body size.) Soft material. Ruffled back and front fit easily and comfortably. Extremely mild odor fades away shortly. However, any mild leakage absorbs quickly and it feels dry. Cost may seem a little more but I use less product because of its features. Satisfied.

These are wonderful additions to female protection for menstrual or inconsistence. They fit like underwear %26 don’t show through clothes. They average about $1 each but if you only need a couple per day, it’s worth it. My days vary from “one per day” to “4 per day”. I wouldn’t buy any other kind.

I purchase these for my 103 year old mom. She has tried several different brands, but she likes these the best. At times we have. had difficulty getting these. So far we have been very pleased with the Walmart reliability, quick service and best price! Thank you so much.

This incontinence underwear is pretty good. Let’s be real here, this kind of thing is never going to be winning any fashion awards anytime soon, but this particular style is better than nearly every single other one I’ve tried. They are a bit pricey, but if I’m going to get these instead of the pads then I would rather get something I like. My ONE complaint is that these don’t come individually sized (size S, size M, etc.). They instead come in shared sizing, so I was forced to get the S/M. I am a solid size S and sometimes even an XS and a petite person, so there was some bunching with this size even though the fit was fairly good. I think it could have been better with an actual size S. The absorption is good and these work exactly as they are supposed to. I would recommend these - and really all of the incontinence briefs in the Always line - over any others out there. These are worth getting.

I'm secure knowing that my butt doesn't look all bunched up and padded like the elderly ladies of the past. I'm secure in knowing these keep me dryest with no leakage; I've tried many top brands. I'm secure in knowing my test driving of incontinence help aids is over. lol the struggle is real. I took off stars because the part of the pad that runs up behind... starts folding down if I'm pulling them down frequently. still yet Always Discreet Boutique are the only adult 'pull-up' i but now.

This product is poorly designed and has low quality. The manufacturer had a similar product with much higher quality and design but seems to be unavailable due to being discontinued.
