Always Maxi Ultimate Heavy Overnight with Wings, Size 6, 10 Count

Thank You always for brining them back. I was so sad when size 6 zzz was not sold anymore and was very happy when size 6 came back. I have heavy cycles and 5 is not enough.

So necessary. Can be useful for those that bleed heavy. Even though they are wider, they are not as thick as the Always plus size that was sold many years ago. With that, there wasn't any spillage. Hope they do bring the plus sized pads back but make them the length of these size 6's.

Ok so I will start out by saying that Always has been my go to forever. Because I have a heavier flow I wear the original overnights from Always. They have been a lifesaver! So when I saw these new versions of the j we night I wanted to give them a try. So my honest opinion here we go…the design is super comfy and less bulky. They are a bit longer and have the wider back protection. But when you have a heavier flow and have that “mall if a sudden “rush” at times it struggles to match what the original can do. It has a better adhesion and if they could harness some of the thicker overnight then it would be perfect. So for my heavier days I will still stick with the original overnights. But doe my lesser days this will be my go to because it really is more comfortable and less bulky.

I got 2 bags of these and I regret it I normally buy and wear the size 5 . But i saw they had size 6 and was like maybe they are better and bigger in the back ? however they are bigger in the back but way to long And narrow you actually don't get much coverage on the sides . Yoh end up with leaks I say these ate better for bladder leaks at night then period leaks I'm going back to my original size 5 they are better and I trust them

I didn't know what size 6 was but it turns out it's over 6" long holy moly I suggest doing a dry run unpeeling a pad before you actually need one I have an almost useless left hand and accessing the pad was extremely difficult as was removing the plastic over the adhesive. As for the actual pad I'll try to edit this review when I see if this first one is worth the trouble and cost

Why would you put those barriers on the sides?! That's the craziest thing I ever seen. Now there's blood leaking on and over the “barriers”. Size 6 means it should be wider, longer and thicker than the size 5. Nope. It's longer but too narrow and thinner. Just stick to the size 5 people. Been wearing always for 30 years this is the first product I actually hate.

Instead of putting quality in the product they just added length, which doesn't collect liquid. Do not think this could be used for overnight, And you can't return this item. I am still looking for a practical not fancy, pad that keeps you and your bed dry for 8 hrs. HELP!!!!!!!!!

they are terrible i like the number 5s better the material is off and the blood just goes everywhere me and a friend tried and she also agree we wont buy this particular size again

These are "improved" and awful. They have a different and stronger scent. I did not realize that they also have the same leak guards as the Always Discreet. Very disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL the guards cause the blood to leak out EVERYWHERE even down to the bottom of your underwear and the sides get bloody because the pads DONT stay in place. Its no way the guards can stay in place especially if you have full lips!!! whoever designed and approved these pads should be FIRED and never rehired anywhere.
